Job Description
The Operations Manager for ODYSSIA’s Footwear Manufacturing Unit will oversee and manage all production-related activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the footwear manufacturing process. This role is key to optimizing production, managing supply chain and inventory, maintaining quality standards, and leading teams to meet business objectives. The Operations Manager will ensure the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continual improvement strategies to drive productivity and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in operations management, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in operations management (footwear or similar)
• Knowledge of lean, six sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement
• Proficient in google sheets, ERP, & data analysis
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills

Shift In-Charge
Job Description
We are looking for a Shift In-Charge to join our footwear manufacturing unit. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers in production management. Candidates with a BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma are encouraged to apply. The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for managing production related activities, coordinating with the manpower, generating reports, maintaining stocks, performing preventive maintenance activities, and managing spare inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure that production schedules are met.
•Manage and optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and coordinate with the production workforce to ensure that they follow all protocols and produce high-quality products.
•Generate daily and weekly reports on production activities, including progress and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of stock inventory and ensure that there is sufficient stock for production requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
Qualifications:
• Btech/ Dilpoma Mechanical/ITI
• 1+ year experience or freshers can apply.
• Knowledge of lean, six sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement
• Proficient in google sheets, ERP, & data analysis
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
