Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds or refunds to a different payment method.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged during shipping or defective. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, including any taxes, but excluding shipping costs.

Cancellations:

If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. You may initiate a return once you receive the product.
